No Rest for the Weary (or the dead)

Legendary bluesman Clarence “Gatemouth” Brown was uprooted by Hurricane Katrina from New Orleans to the town of Orange on the Texas Gulf Coast, where he died a few days later—after a prolonged battle with lung cancer—on September 10th, 2005. This past week he was uprooted again by another hurricane—his was one of dozens of caskets pulled from the ground by the effects of Hurricane Ike on a local burial ground, Hollywood Cemetery, where he was interred.
