Last night we watched the decidedly uneven Jim Carroll biopic The Basketball Diaries and were entranced by a haunting bit of shoegazing on the soundtrack called "Strawberry Wine".
Performed by Massive Internal Complications, we set out, to no avail, to gather some info on the group and the song. As it turns out, other than the names of the song's writers--Salvadore Poe (aka Paul DiBartolo) and Adam Flax--there seems to be nothing else out there by these guys.
So, if any of you own The Basketball Diaries soundtrack and could somehow get us a copy of the aforementioned song we'd be very appreciative.
