Ron Asheton, guitarist and founding member of The Stooges was found dead on Jan. 6th in his Ann Arbor, Michigan home. Police were dispatched to his residence after he'd not been heard from for a few days. Although the cause of death has not been made public as of yet, foul play is not suspected.
Asheton was 60 years old.
