That's right: consumer electronics chain Best Buy will be the sole retail outlet for the insanely delayed and long-awaited Guns 'n' Roses album Chinese Democracy, which will be out before Christmas. Or so they say. Dr. Pepper may have to cough up some free pop, after all.
